MediaMonks, the biggest creative digital production company on the planet, is hiring a support desk administrator assistant to help in the maintenance of machines and networks, in our brand new office in Buenos Aires.
As a Support Desk Administrator, you are responsible for helping your colleagues to keep rolling and create awesome projects together. You provide first-line support for troubleshooting in Windows and Mac, set up workstations, laptops, printers and help to set up new colleagues in a flash as well.
This junior position requires to be proactive and have resolution capacity and experience providing hardware and software support. Windows and Linux knowledge is a plus.
If you have major degree and a considerable experience in the industry, speak fluent english, can deal with pressure, and are willing to do whatever it takes to meet our duties on time, then you’re the one!
