POSSIBLE is seeking a Senior Creative to help us expand our team at the Buenos Aires office. Critical to this position is a pioneering spirit of innovation, a collaborative approach, an ability to be hands-on backed by strong communication skills and visual criteria.

Responsibilities:
– Generate innovative ideas across classic and emerging digital platforms
– Dealing with the challenges of big webs redesigns
– Communicate with clients/internal teams
– Working on several projects at once
– Handling the creation of final presentations for clients with the supervision of the CD
– Being up to date with digital trends and technologies
– Proofreading and content creation for different platforms
– Partner, support and collaborate with your other teams to provide best service to our clients
Skills and experience:
– 3+ years' experience at a digital firm, creative agency or communications environment
– Comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates inventive/imaginative web builds with 360° thinking
– The desire to cultivate and inspire junior talent
– Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar
– Great design criteria
– Good research skills
– Expert level of English language
– Strong confidence
