What will you do?
 
Our consumer products are growing fast, and to accelerate even further we are investing in growth and distribution partnerships with other consumer tech product companies. Now we?re looking for an experienced Business Development professional to lead and grow our partnership BD team.
You will significantly grow our active user base by forming growth partnerships with a variety of consumer tech businesses, and you?ll increase our app monetization and generate revenue through monetization partnerships. You will also build a new partner team from scratch.
 
You?ll do this in a highly agile and entrepreneurial team culture where you will be expected to move fast and drive business results directly with your team.
 
You will: 
 
Forge partnerships with leading consumer tech companies focused active user growth and monetization.
Grow a new and international partnerships BD team, recruiting, developing and retaining the industry?s best talent.
Proactively prospect and qualify new partners, as well as strengthen existing relationships.
Manage new partnerships through the entire process, from prospect to negotiation, contract and implementation.
Analyse new market segments and identify new partnership opportunities.
Work closely with other parts of the HERE organisation, from product, engineering and design to sales, strategy and legal teams.
 
You will report to the Head of Growth and Monetization for Consumer Experiences.

Professional competencies
Several years of experience in a business development or sales position at a successful startup or a large corporate.
Outstanding oral and written communications and presentation skills in English. 
You are ready to travel up to 25% of your time.
