Job Summary: 
The Legal Operations Specialist will be a full time member of the Legal Operations Team, to support the execution of day-to-day operations of Legal leadership.
This role will involve interacting with senior individuals in Legal and producing management data that is accurate and easy to understand. It also includes developing meeting presentations/decks, agendas, gathering data, running reports, and analyzing and summarizing findings.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: 
Accurately report key management information to various members of the Legal team
Respond to ad-hoc queries from Legal leadership regarding staffing, training, financial operations, and performance
Liaise with finance team and Legal leads regarding financial policies, training and adherence to budgets.
Coordinate annual plan and quarterly forecasts
Help with the restructuring of the Legal Front Door and other knowledge management tools
Perform ongoing development, monitoring and reporting of Legal metrics
Assist with written/published communications and surveys
Assist with training logistics (scheduling, preparing mailer communications, etc.)
Attend Legal meetings and assist with note and action-item taking and tracking
Design and implement process improvements
Coordinate payments of litigation settlements
Provide guidance and recommendations to Legal budget owners on actions required to meet their respective budgets
Prepare cost benefit analysis regarding hiring internal lawyers versus use of external lawyers
Other as requested
 
Work Experience: 
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Operations role or a related field.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Experience reporting to and effectively interacting with all      levels of leadership
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Detail-orientated, flexible and able to respond to last minute changes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Accenture financial reporting, budgeting and policy
Independently manage drafting communications and presentations
Able to present alternatives and proposed solutions
Responsive and follows through on commitments
Able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills 
Good knowledge of English language required
Proficient in MS Office suite of products generally, with strong  skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
