Role Summary/Purpose
The APM is an Order Administrator who is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role the person will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning
Essential Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities 1. Develop Parts proposals (Transactional) and support Contractual Services for MMPs parts? quotations to increase our contractual penetration in the LA Market. Manage the risk management and the Parts? advance release process with the supply chain. Work with customers/ engineering on defining Parts for spares or outages 2. Review and create part numbers and verification of standard cost building 3. Book, proceed and communicate orders, insuring a high quality of commitment and communication between customer, sales, sourcing and manufacturing 4. Follow up on orders at all levels until order has been shipped and invoiced, insuring that the finance and inventory are impacted in the right way 5. Schedule orders to support the day -to -day manufacturing activities and oversee clean up backlogs 6. Provide assistance to the project management process and review as well as the monthly report and revisions 7. Responsible for contract review to insure the GE terms and conditions agreed with customer order, as well as other details are clear
