Pulpo is seeking a Publisher Success Executive for our growing Publisher Network Team.
The PSE is in charge of managing the relationship with each Publisher account (Online Media Groups & Sites) to ensure continuous Network growth.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
Previous experience in Media buying, planning and/or Account management or other related area in the digital industry will be a plus.
Manage the relationship with each account (both Spanish and English contacts) mostly through phone and email.
Optimize each publisher account in order to improve both publisher revenue and quality of inventory for our campaigns.
Quickly onboard new publishers, setting clear expectations and closely monitoring performance until everything works properly.
Identify new revenue opportunities for publisher inventory
Maintain all publisher account information updated in our internal systems
Solve day to day publishers requests & troubleshooting.
Self-motivated, ability to work well under pressure & target goals, prioritize.
Need to be able to take in and fully understand large amounts of information.
Capable of taking initiative and negotiating trough situations
Confidence & Decisiveness
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work and priorities
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Excel
