Are You Up to the Challenge?
The ideal applicant come from an finance accounting background. Invoice support must be analytically strong and should have complete knowledge about invoice support environment. Day to Day activities would include responding to support tickets in Service Now related to billing inquiries related to invoices in GE?s Internal Billing System (IBS). By investigating root cause and then providing the requestor with reporting and or the corrective action to resolve the support ticket. This may involve verifying billing costs data and be able to handle wide variety of scenarios in which each invoice is processed. Soft skills like Business Objects, Oracle or SAP is desired.
Invoice Processor Job responsibilities
Follow ITEMS process for invoice support
Able to work with different environments handling multiple clients and contacts for each invoice.
Able to find and spot the invoices issues resulting in user inquiries.
Keep track on Invoice rejects and drive approvals
