Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned facilities. Highly develop sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.Main responsibilitiesBudget control:  Calculate estimate for office supplies/ janitorial/ shipping/ maintenance services/ purchases yearly budgetFinancial: Receive and check all information and amount in the invoices. Make sure that all PO and funds for the service and if it´s conform to the Financial internal rules.Internal events support: Organize spaces that will be used for events, give support during the event and sync with cleaning team for support before and after event.Routine: Office daily walk thru to detect any issue with (electrical, HVAC, furniture, office supplies, organization, cleaning and others).  Provide any support necessary to the employees. Contact local vendors for maintenance and control internal parking spaces for FTEs (liberation and quantity).Shipping Service: Courier, local mail service, international mail service and fill the spreadsheet control and hand out.Quote and purchase office suppliesJanitorial team: Sync with the team about special attentions due events on site or spots that need more attention. Responsible for communication between the vendor and the client. Sync routines and new procedures.Technical Support: Negotiate contracts and supervise all contractor services.  Manage all fiscal activities of the property. Serve as primary contact with Building Administration. Display in depth knowledge of building mechanical systems and collaborate with Chief Engineer on stationary engineering initiatives. Direct all emergency proceduresEnsure all government, industry and company required programs are instituted and maintained within the propertyComply with all company and regional policiesEmployee Qualifications/ Skills and AbilitiesHigh school diploma, bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or equivalent (not mandatory) and minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.Advanced level of English This position requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles.
