You will serve as the in-house expert on ad operations at the company, and will advise our team on industry-best practices, technologies, processes and developments.

What You Will Be Doing

Be an expert in Google's DoubleClick for Publishers. Using Google DFP to traffic, test creative, schedule, target, and report on complex ad campaigns.
Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
Assuring that all creatives received from our ad partners have been tested and run to fulfillment.
Prepare internal analytic and revenue reports.
Reconcile advertising across multiple platforms and partners for billing allocation and accounts payable.
Increase revenue from our existing ad units by optimizing fill rates, price floors and ad networks, etc.
Identify ways to further drive value in our programmatic offerings and revenue optimization processes

What You Need for this Position

2 years’ experience managing campaigns at a publisher, network, or video-focused company, preferably using DFP
Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage and analyze large sets of data.
Detail oriented individual who is highly organized, and an efficient time manager.
Highly organized approach with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
Strong team player, comfortable with maintaining relationships with advertisers.
Experience with SSPs (Pubmatic, Rubicon, AdX)
Familiarity and direct hands-on experience with programmatic advertising implementation and related concepts (DMP, DSP, ad exchanges, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, ad server macros etc.)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve independently under strict deadlines
Proven capability in providing data analysis and analytical insights to develop effective, revenue-producing ad campaigns
Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
