HERE is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager drive development plans for the Automated Driving initiative. The goal of this initiative is create revolutionary cloud-based solutions in the Highly Automated Driving environments both as technology platform and product offerings. The Automated Driving team develops massive real-time event processing and Big Data analytical systems in a data streaming environment. This is an exciting and influential role responsible for driving our data and personalization strategy to provide differentiated and relevant driving experiences. Our ability to integrate advanced data sources from vehicles with extensive commercial content and consumer data will be the key to that success.In this role, the successful candidate will be participating in and supporting all stages of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment and will be working with R&D teams and technical architects to development innovative solutions and evaluate them using data driven decision processes.Key Responsibilities:?Define and manage the software development project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.? Understand project requirements, coordinate with product owners, and resource managers and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.? Provide progress reports to project team, stakeholders, and management.? Maintain and track project risks and issues, and risk mitigation plans.? Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with team members and external stakeholders to help accomplish key business objectives.Required Qualifications:? Education: B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field (e.g. applied mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, operations research or econometrics).? 4+ years of Software Project Management or Leadership experience.? Must be a team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment? Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types? The ability to think strategically whilst being pragmatic and delivery focused? Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to convey complex technical solutions in audience friendly terms, up to EVP levelKey Skills:? Reliable, self-motivated, and focused on high quality delivery of work products and willing to accept responsibility and accountability.? Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.? Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.? Must work effectively with members of cross-functional product development teams including Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, analysts, and architects on various sized projects and initiatives.? Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother executionHighly Desired Skills? Desirable skill is to have participated in delivering complex software in the domain of automotive, communications or web infrastructures with cloud technology.? Experience with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) requirements and/or ISO-9001 practices.? Familiarity with ?Agile? methodologies (SAFe), tools (JIRA) and practices (Scrum, Kanban).? Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.? PMP or PMI Certification? Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project, Visio
