Send your ** and motivational letter, including salary expectations to: **@moravia.comLanguage Lead is responsible for the linguistic quality of translations.Tasks & Responsibilities- Gathers feedback from translators and proofreaders and passes it on to the project team- Monitors project activities, suggests improvements – Adheres to the localization instructions regarding quality provided by the customer- Identifies and reports linguistic issues and discrepancies – Cooperates on planning projects and solving project issues – Cooperates with the Project Manager during the course of the project- Coordinates the proofreaders – Provides feedback to translators, localizers and proofreaders – Contributes to the linguistic workflows and processes definitions and specifications – Evaluates the translators, localizers and proofreaders – Implements suggestions from the customer regarding the use of terminology, style etc.- Implements changes required by external and internal customers- Organizes project meetings with translators/localizers and proofreaders Skills- University degree in arts, field linguistics (Translators) – Translation work, knowledge of translation and edition environment- Min. experience in the field: 2 years – Focus on quality – Excellent spoken and written English – Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems – Comprehensive knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office)- Knowledge of CAT, terminology management and other linguistic tools welcome- Availability to travel to Rosario if needed
